Moreover, try turning off any firewall, antiviruses, network filters, and browser extensions. Also, browsers and mobile OS need to be updated as well, so if you’re using an old phone or an old version of the two, that can be the trigger. Second, go into the “About DIM” section and make sure that DIM is updated and not running an outdated version.
